My background is in biotechnology and technical analysis, but my passion is sharing my knowledge to help others understand how to use online tools.  

I write a weekly newsletter covering the latest  product updates and tech tips, and regularly post tutorials for creators using YouTube, Blogger, AdSense and other Google products.

I have been a Google "Top Contributor" and Product Expert since 2010.  Currently I am a Diamond Product Expert for YouTube, Google Chat and Google Meet; Platinum Product Expert for AdSense, Blogger, and Google Fi; and a Gold Product Expert for Accounts.
